A multidisciplinary artist living in St. Louis, Missouri, she lives with her dog Bean and spends most of her time exploring the outdoors and making art. Jessica has studied art and design for the past 15 years by means of schooling and tattooing. Leaving a college art career for a tattoo apprenticeship in 2015, she learned quickly how to make designs that aesthetically tell a story as well as make successful stand alone compositions. During her apprenticeship she learned the art of spit-shade watercolor from her mentor Don Will Jr. After creating several flash sheets in the American Traditional style of tattooing, she started to explore her own style and techniques. Seven years into her tattooing career she decided to step away from tattooing full time to invest her talent back into tangible art. Olive & Orion is her way of exploring different mediums in an attempt to tell uniquely beautiful stories through observations of our natural world.
